Bread Pudding Kaleohano

2 Kings Sweet Bread (round kine)
3/4 c. butter (NOT margarine)
2-1/4 c. white sugar
3-3/4 c. warm milk
12 eggs, beaten
3 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 13x9 pan. Cut bread into chunks and place in large mixing bowl.
In a smaller mixing bowl, melt butter in microwave. Add sugar and milk to the melted butter, then add the vanilla and eggs.
Mix well and add to bowl with bread. Mix together--it will be VERY wet. Place mixture into greased pan and dust with cinnamon.
Bake at 350 for approximately 55 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool pudding until it deflates a bit. Spoon caramel sauce over and ENJOY!
Caramel Sauce
Microwave together for three minutes:
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
Then add 1 tsp of vanilla and stir.
